New HELP on website
For those of you who have any unanswered questions or you're not great with navigating to deeper pages of a website -- there's a new page that can help you on jetblue.com! There's a link from the home page, or just enter "help.jetblue.com " in your web browser.

slightly off topic but related to their website...
I e-mailed them a couple of months ago regarding the destination page they have for Rochester for the eat and see sections specifically. The phone numbers still have the 716 area code which was changed a couple of years ago. They said they'd get someone to update it... two months later, still no change. Granted I bet not that many people go to Rochester Detination page, if you're going to put information out there for travelers, wouldn't it be worth your while to have it correct?
