Connection time LAX to LGB
Flying into LAX on MH094 from KUL ETA 1255. My connection flight to IAD is departing from Long Beach airport at 4:00pm on Jetblue. That gives me roughly 3 hours to get through customs and transfer from LAX to LGB. Could anyone kindly advise if this would be enough time and how long the taxi ride would take from LAX to LGB? Thank you.

I couldn't tell if you have 3 hours until your flight departs or until you need to arrive at LGB.
Depending on traffic (and on this route, it REALLY depends on traffic) it will take between 20 minutes and 1 hour to get to LGB, but longer delays can happen if there are accidents.
If you're leaving LAX after about 1:00 pm and heading South, I'd estimate 30-35 minutes. You should be fine assuming no flight delays, customs problems, or major traffic issues. If you do miss your flight, standing by for a later one on Jetblue is usually not a problem.
Should you find yourself with extra time, one of the airport shuttle services would likely be half the price and only take an extra 10-15 minutes (mostly waiting time).

That should be enough time. You can go from curbside to the gate in 5 minutes at LGB, it's a really great historic airport!
I would suggest picking up the Super Shuttle from LAX-LGB. Many of our Inflight Crewmembers do it and the fair should be around $25-30

I think you have enough time. If there is traffic, then it could be a problem. Taking the shuttle is a good way to go, as the drivers will most likely know how to get around any jams.
