"JetBlue Airways CEO David Neeleman shared his secrets of successful entrepreneurship with 900 businesspeople Friday ... telling the story of a JetBlue flight that was delayed on the tarmac by a storm. The pilot announced that passengers were free to use their cellphones, and offered his own cellphone to anyone who didn't have one.... the company receives reports when any item of luggage takes longer than 20 minutes to be delivered to baggage claim. 'That's the last interaction the customer has with us,' he said."
