You should take a look at the AeroLOPA seat map: https://www.aerolopa.com/b6-3nl
I personally would avoid the last couple of rows due to their proximity to the Y cabin. One of the suites in the last row of J is blocked off as crew rest.
The front of the cabin IMO is preferable as you are served earlier on, and the inflight service is already very long on these routes.
