Missing point request response -- 11 months later!
Flew JFK-SFO on B6 at the end of June 2022 and received no credit for the flight; filed a missing points request a few days later and heard nothing back. Out of the blue -- 11 months later -- I got an e-mail today titled "An Update on your TrueBlue points request." Lo and behold, they're depositing 11k points into my account.
I have no idea what reaction to have. I'm thrilled obviously, as I gave up on those points a long time ago. But it also speaks to how awful JetBlue's IT infrastructure is. Anyone have a similar experience??
