Same-day switch co-terminals?

I'm looking at a flight BOS-MCO and comparing it to BOS-TPA, and the latter is pretty much half the price. It's an extra hour drive on the other end, so not ideal, but x3 people the price difference adds up. Does anyone know or have any experience if you can do a same-day switch to change from TPA to MCO and if B6 even considers those "co-terminals" or whatever the appropriate nomenclature is? To be totally clear, I'm looking to book BOS-TPA, and then try a same-day switch to get onto BOS-MCO instead.

Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

Tampa and Orlando are NOT co-located terminals. See the section "Co-Located Airports (Sister Cities)" here for the list of sister airports: https://www.jetblue.com/travel-agents/irop-policy
