Be careful using the chat function in JetBlue app
This evening I received a notification on my phone from JetBlue app, saying that I have new messages in chat. I was very confused because I haven't used their app for a while. I went to the chat in the app and found that there were messages belong to other customers, as well as their personal information (only home addresses and some birthdates were partially blurred out) and booking confirmation codes. I was horrified and had no idea how these customers' information showed up in my app. I have reported this issue to JetBlue and I suggest not to use their chat function recently.
