Incremental schedule changes - Refund?
I have a flight booked back in August to fly in April. Since original booking, the schedule has been changed 3 times. The original (booked) schedule was a 4:35 departure. The 1st schedule change was an hour later. The 2nd schedule change was to 3:30 departure, and the most recent change (this week) was to 2:30 departure. I would like to cancel and self-rebook on OAL as the change is now >120 minutes per policy. I contacted the chat agent who claimed that since the most recent schedule change was only 1 hour, I'm not eligible for a refund, regardless of the flight I booked, and then disconnected the chat before I got a chance to write my response. Is this a case of HUCA or is this agent correct?

UPDATE: I tried HUCA and worked like a charm. Decided to try phone agent, and once I told her the situation with flight times, she didn't even raise the incremental changes as an issue. Went straight to "we can refund to the credit card or look for another suitable flight within 7 days."
