JetBlue's new service to Canada has been a struggle

I flew on board on Saturday and it was about an hour delayed. The gate agents are simply not doing doc checks (passport verification) in advance until people board and as a result I have never seen boarding for an A320 take this long. Passengers are confused why they have to be pulled aside.

The flight I was on, as with most flights these days, was completely full. It would have been nice if it was a Mint-equipped plane. This is one of their longest flights outside of London.
