Does A321(Mint) exit Row have constrained space?
Hello All.
I have booked my somewhat tall kid in Extra Space seat 18A for a 5+ hour trip. I am seeing varying information about the intrusion the repositioned exit doors may make on the roominess of the seat.
Extra Space seat 7A is open right now, the entire row unbooked, and is an aisle seat open on the left (kid is a leftie).
Exhausted with a 4 am departure from campus, I figure the no-window side wall of 18A would suit him well, but, he is kind of tall, so I don't know if the chosen seat is simply a wrong move.
Anyone?

The 2L/R and 3L/R doors on the A321-200 don't intrude into the cabin since the slide back is under the floor. Either of those rows are fine, though personally I would prefer row 7.
