JetBlue Cancel/Change Fee for *Award* Ticket?
Does anyone have a firm understanding of what fees are involved with JetBlue * award* travel tickets?

Does there mean there are no fees, and booking award tickets on JetBlue is basically now like a fully refundable fare (because the points get deposited without getting charged a fee)? I was under the impression that only Mosaic had fully refundable award travel, or did that change after COVID-19?
