Back at flying again (points question)

Last time I canceled flights that were purchased with points I was required to call jetblue customer service. Could not cancel online. Now I see there is a jetblue policy that if you don't cancel online, jetblue charges you $25 per person.

Can you cancel flights purchased with points online now?
Do the points still go back to your trueblue with no expiration?

Up until May 31, it seems that there is no real benefit to choosing blue extra.

Thanks!

You can cancel points bookings online. You could do it before but it didn't work half the time. It does seem to work reliably now though.
