How long for inflight Compensation to arrive

I flew mint on Saturday from Los Angeles to Boston. Only 1/3 of my special meal was ordered. I didn’t really mind. But the flight attendant insisted on giving me compensation. She help me put my email address into an iPad. How long should it take for the compensation to be received?

Flew Mint JFK-LAX on 2/27, seatback TV was broken and FA asked for my email — got the credit on 3/1 (only $15, but maybe I've been spoiled by UA lol). So I'd give it a few more days.

This is interesting - I thought comp for in-flight issues in Mint was $100 and $15 for Core. That's what I've always received, albeit pre-COVID. I am also Mosaic, so not sure if that factors into things. Mostly flying SFO-JFK in Mint or OAK-JFK in Core.

In the past, I've received compensation right after the plane lands. The FA usually needs a cellular connection in order to process the data from their tablet.

Flew mint a week ago - seat was defective and FA took details and said $100 credit should be received within 48 hrs. So far nothing......and trying to call JetBlue seems to be a nightmare lately.
