The thread title is wrong. The tires deflated after a high-speed rejected takeoff, which caused the fuse plugs (thermal sensitive inflation pressure release devices) in the tires to activate. It didn't taxi off the gate like that!

Interesting, that makes more sense. Though in the photos, the aircraft is clearly on a taxiway. Is it possible they were able to exit the runway and taxi onto a parallel taxiway with the tires that flat? Or would they have deflated later on after the actual rejection?
