Refund Experiences

How is B6 handling refunds back to the original payment method lately? Is it taking an extremely long time or have they been processing them pretty quickly? This would be for a flexible/refundable fare.

We had a 3 hour schedule change and I called asking for a refund, The customer service rep was delightful and cancelled each passenger individually. The refund showed up on my credit card about 3 days later although she said it would be 2-3 weeks.

I was most impressed with the experience.

B6 has highly automated systems. Most delays in actually receiving the refund are on the card issuing bank's side of the equation.

In any event, DOT rules require that the refund be initiated within 7 days of a request. If, for some reason, you do not receive your refund, simply initiate a chargeback with the proper documentation included, especially your email confirming that a refund is due.
