The live chat on the website seems to be down.

Its so suspect. I was a godsend at the height of the pandemic.
Both the chat and text are not working. I erased the app and re-uploaded it. NO dice.
I think its a conspiracy.

They now support "Apple Business Chat", although the rep I had this morning didn't strike me as being nearly as competent as the former chat reps were
