Unfortunately, no challenge or status match currently. I booked a couple JetBlue segments for an upcoming trip and emailed them requesting a status match or challenge referencing my upcoming flights and AA and UA status. I'm AA EXP and UA 1K, but they sent me an email response they wouldn't consider it at this time.

I've been Mosaic for several years now including 2019 and my progress bonuses always reset on January 1. I'm currently at 0 everything now until I take my first flight of the year.

I was Mosaic in 2017 and 2018. I didn't qualify for Mosaic in 2019, being short 2,500 points. I just got off the phone with customer service and they said my only option is to purchase my missing points at buy.points.com/buymosaic and that would automatically qualify me for Mosaic for 2019. I have until January 31st to do so.
