To lose website functionality for 5 days seems crazy??Were they hacked or was it just incompetence??

I don't disagree with you but this applies to their hubs as well. I could share some horror stories about IRROPS at LGB but I won't.

Also, I believe LGA is considered a shared base with JFK. It may not be a hub but I believe it's a shared crew base similar to LAX/LGB.

Cannot select or change seat on Mint flight coming up in 3 days. All boxes under "manage flights" show light blue and cannot be selected.

Can't change seats on upcoming Mint or Regular flight. Seems the manage flights page is down now.

Had an error message when trying to reach he booking page from mobile last night, but was able to log into TB and book a flight last night
