Requesting a true FAQ

I'm surprised to see that this forum doesn't have an up-to-date FAQ. I decided to move my loyalty to B6 this year in an effort to get Mosaic quickly. I'm pretty close, but really want to ensure that I have it in time for the hear of the summer. I've had many questions, and it has been difficult to find the answers here. The pinned post is way out of date (as has been mentioned by others).

For example, I've heard conflicting reports as to whether or not you can (absent promotions) get more than 3x base flight points for any flights. I read on someone's blog that Blue Plus or Blue Flex fares can get you 4x and 5x. I heard from a reservations agent that I can get more base flight points for a refundable fare. I can't see any of that in the T&C. Anyone here know for sure?

When you go to book a ticket on the Jetblue website, click the ? icon by the fare columns. It outlines the point accrual differences between the different levels. You get 3x base points for any fare level, refundable or not.

Mostly because there aren't all that many questions asked frequently IMO. List a few questions and we can update the FAQ.

Reward points but not base points. https://www.jetblue.com/travel-agents/fare-options/

Note that link still has movies for $5 and they are free now, but the points earning details are accurate.

That is also untrue.

Just so you know I wasn't making up the fact that a blog said it:

https://thepointsguy.com/2016/03/max...etblue-mosaic/

Note that he says "base flight points". But I believe you that it's untrue.

FAQs? Even the most simple ones are typically found in a forum, despite that you can find them on the airline's website.

1) How do I earn points by flying?
2) How do I earn points by spending on the credit card?
3) What are the elite tiers?
4) How do I qualify for Mosaic?
5) What are the benefits of Mosaic?
6) If I change my flight as a Mosaic, do my travel companions have to pay a change fee?

Obviously, I know the answer to all of those, but they would be useful for someone first coming to the forum...

Here are some more esoteric ones:

What is the boarding order?

What rows are EMS for each A/C type?

Which seats are enclosed suites for Mint?

I'm traveling with my spouse. Should I get two enclosed suites, or two seats together (what is the difference in experience)?

What credit cards transfer to True Blue? At what rate?

Who are JetBlue's travel partners? How do I earn miles on them? Can I bank JetBlue flight miles with them? Can I earn base flight points from them?

How does "same day change" work? What about same day standby?

I'm sure I'll think of more.

You sound like you know the answer to a number of them. Why don't you start a FAQ, and I'm sure other posters will help with questions you leave unanswered
