Problems with JetBlue TrueBlue Badges

Hi Folks,

Not sure if any of you actively participate in the Badge Program with TrueBlue....I have some on going issues and it's been months and no resolution, so I was curious if anyone else has experienced anything similar:

1. Got the Port-of-Spain badge in May, and it is listed under my badges as rewarded, yet it has yet to show on my map and is actually listed as a "?" No image but says "Port-of-Spain". Tech support hasn't helped me yet even after asking the Mosaic (I'm Mosaic) help line and via emails too.
2. For some reason I am short one island destination for "Island Hopper" and I suspect it is related to the badge above being "off". Anyone have this badge and does it show up on your map? Changing browsers does nothing. Tried multiple times since May.
3. Has anyone seen if they will have a Mexico City badge soon? They start to fly there in 2 days, yet no badge announced or listed? They have Antigua up already and that doesn't start until November 5th. I fly there in a few days, so I wanted to get this badge, but if they make a badge after you fly somewhere it doesn't count which is kinda unfair. Anyone seen any news on this?
4. "Trick or Retreat" (Halloween) badge is needed for "Celebration", yet, it lists "Fly on 10/31/14". Other badges like Labor Day or Memorial Day, just list the days not the year.

I enjoy this badges game but find it frustrating that they don't keep up with it. Their constant web problems don't seem to help it either. It is very sporatic and makes it less fun because of all the tech issues.

Thanks!

I only discovered Badges in February which is too bad because I would probably be in the top 50 by now! Been flying them since 2002. However, I've had numerous issues too with Badges not posting on time or having to be manually posted by JetBlue. My biggest issues have been with Hilton.

However, I have been waiting for my AmEx Badge since July. I either get that the system is down and I should check back again in a few days or that they have submitted for it. I am beyond frustrated at having to keep following up with this.

As for Mexico City, I noticed with Grenada that the Badge didn't appear in the system until right when they started flying there. It may have even been after the fact. They also should have an inaugural badge for being one of the first to fly there.

Send them a message through the website. They want you to wait a month after your trip before they'll manually post the badges though (I was missing some badges for EMS purchases, probably because those EMS points were manually added)

Yes. Some badges grant points. Badges are like a secondary loyalty program.
