Also adding BNA and increasing a bunch of other service. Interestingly, SFO gets Mint first, before LAX.
ETA:
SFO gets up to 3x daily (i.e. phased introduction of service) starting in March 2016. LAX sees phased introduction in the Fall as new deliveries are received. Barbados will get Saturday seasonal service from Boston in March to take advantage of the slack in the transcon schedule on those days, similar to the JFK/Caribbean service over the winter. JetBlue will still lag in frequencies versus UA (SFO) or AA (LAX) but will have a much better product. Should be interesting.

Great job with a partial self quote, losing the important part of your prior claim. You said it could start sooner if they pulled planes from other routes. They're not doing that. They converted new deliveries to be Mint planes so they have enough to add the service.

This raises the question of how long B6 will choose to offer its premium product at <OA TCON product.
xBOS, B6 will be competing with standard domestic F rather than UA's p.s. (s00n xEWR) and other equivalents on DL/AA.

Great job partially quoting me partially. In addition to what I said earlier, I also said COULD start sooner. Apparently, they don't. So, my prediction still stands.

It will be open for sale starting on 8 July but it will surely be $599. LA actually started out at $499 in the beginning so they may even lower it as it is quite far in advance of the start of service now.

Not that surprising... According to BTS data SFO seems to drive higher fares than LAX, and as discussed in other threads BOS has tighter ties to SFO based industries than LAX based Industry.
