Row 9 on A320

Does the row in front of the first emergency row on the A320 recline? For some reason these seats are usually available which has made me wonder if Seat Guru hasn't indicated them properly. SG shows Row 9 as "standard economy seats" with no mention of them not reclining.

It should not be able to recline since the emergency exit is right behind that row.

I've been arguing with seat guru to get themto change it and they either refuse to or are too lazy to do it because I know a lot of people use that site for information and the information they provide on our aircraft is incorrect yet they refuse to do anything about it. On 320's tailed 500-699 the seats that don't recline are 9AF and 10AF. Those recline directly into the exit and therefore can't recline per the FAA. on tails 700 on up row 9, all 6 seats have recline capability and the the only restriction is on 10A and 10F.
