Green Laser Causes Eye Injury to Pilot

Two green flashes from a laser pointed directly into the cockpit of a jetBlue aircraft flying at approximately 5,000 feet over Long Island reportedly caused injury to the eye of a pilot as jetBlue flight 657 was traveling from Syracuse to John F. Kennedy Airport in New York this past Sunday, according to ABC News.

The control tower was notified immediately after the incident.
