Where are my points?

Is anyone else having trouble getting their points? I flew from BOS to MCO a couple of weeks ago and still nothing has been posted to my account.

I also signed up for the True Blue Community and still no points.

I usually see points from my flights right away, why is this one taking so long? Anyone else experiencing this?

You should use the speak up option on Jetblue.com to get the points from BOS to MCO. I signed up for True Blue Community and have not gotten them yet so give a few weeks for those to come.

How long does it take for the website double points issue to be corrected? I'm going on 3 weeks now. I got an email response from Speak Up that they will correct the error--but no credits yet.

whoops...just realized this is the wrong thread. There was a thread not too long ago about web-double points not posting when a credit adjustment was received. Mods, please feel free to move.

THanks.

Two weeks ago flew BOS-MCO. Points did not post so I submitted a request for points. But it still shows "pending". Should I call or wait a little longer?

not related to OP, but on the same topic

for those that booked Expedia.ca deals... are we due TrueBlue points?

I haven't gotten any yet... And how much should I get? It was a free flight, albeit thanks to Expedia's coupon which should have no bearing on JetBlue...

Yes, at the rate of 3 points per dollar spent. The tickets are regular revenue seats as far as the airlines are concerned.
