Exclamation Typhoon inbound

Typhoon No. 9 is coming up on the south side of Japan -- it looks like it will pass by Tokyo during the day on Tuesday, perhaps coming very close to the city. A lot of heavy rain is already coming down on various parts of the country at unpredictable intervals.

Here's the "official" storm track from the Japan Meteorological Agency.

Carry a raincoat and be ready for strong winds!

In eastern Tokyo and Narita area, it is heavily raining(8 to 64 mm/ hour).

This is causing delay and some cancellation to Sobu line and N'EX.
