You're welcome, LapLap.^
Your response keeps me motivated to stay in this forum.
The word "meander" which you used is one of the words in an English vocabulary building CD I sometimes listen to in my car. I was not able to master the word by the CD, but when I read your post, like a magic, I felt I memorized it for life.
I thank this forum very much. I am determined to do おんがえし(ongaeshi).

jib, I didn't know how Hebrew is written and spoken. So I looked into it. Now I think I understand what you meant. Is it about vowels ?
-Off topic-
When I googled Hebrew in Japanese, I found a site claiming that hiragana was from Hebrew alphabet not from kanji.

This might be a crazy theory but interesting.

I'll see your kooky theory and raise you a crackpot theory!
http://www5.ocn.ne.jp/~magi9/isracame.htm Ya know, as much as I'd love my Japanese friends to be blood brothers, sometimes a coincidence is just a coincidence.
