They appear have numerous stores throughout Japan, there are over a dozen locations within Tokyo alone.

Anything in specific you are looking for?

If you exit Shinjuku station from the south (minami) exit, turn right, and walk about 80 yards, there's a store right there, before you hit the first large street. Easy to find.

The concept of "centrally located" is meaningless in Tokyo.

There's one on the West Walk at Roppongi Hills if I remember correctly.
