Good tip but it's not an inflexible rule. Have seen plenty of times where foreigners have forgotten their passports in their luggage (under the bus). They usually just waive it off. Haven't seen them make anyone take out their luggage from under the bus and search for their passports.

Just a note, I ended up taking the bus. Since they leave every 10 minutes, it seemed the easiest. Took about 75 minutes, which is what they said it would be. As for the passport check, it was cursory at best. Thanks for all the interesting advice.

Can someone please tell me what I already know? Arriving to HND on CX548 at 13:55 and departing NRT on UA122 at 16:40 is madness. *sigh*

I was looking for this info and Google brings me back to FT...

To the best of my knowledge, suppose one can do

By Train (1 transfer)

NRT<--NEX--Shinagawa (品川駅)--Keikyu Line-->HND

Keikyu Line Info (410 Yen as of 23 Apr 2014)
http://www.haneda-tokyo-access.com/e...faretable.html

By Bus (Direct)

https://www.limousinebus.co.jp/en/bu...airport_route/

I guess depends on if you want to spend a bit of time to do sight seeing in town during transfer. Like many has said, train runs like clock works, bus YMMV depends on traffic.

Just my 2 cents.

Given we don't have penny anymore, and according to revenue Canada, it will round down to Free! or if I must, I will give a nickel.

It's never too late for those FTers who ended up at one airport and flying out the other for whatever reasons.
