Just returned from Tokyo...

Some of you may remember assisting me with planning my trip to Tokyo a few weeks back. I went to Tokyo on 8/23 and returned yesterday. I had such a great time. The people in Japan were extremely nice and welcoming. I loved the culture and food! All of the directions etc from the forum members were spot on. I actually printed some of the forum responses from my trip planning post.

I am putting together a detailed trip report which I will post later this week.

Thanks again everyone for all of the assistance planning my trip. I honestly could not have done it without you guys (and Gals)...

Hopefully I can make it back to Tokyo before the end of the year... I hear it can be quite cold in December, but I miss Tokyo already!

Unless there's a freak front it doesn't get too cold in December (although there has been a bit of snow in Tokyo in the past few years) the main problem is the dryness - constant electric shocks, at least for me!

I'm delighted to hear that your trip went well and that you enjoyed your visit. I very much look forward to your report!
