Martial arts

I've been toying with the idea of taking up kendo or one of the other martial arts, but now I find that the marital arts may be just as stimulating.

Ah yes. Up a mountainside with your laundry.... It's not that dangerous really, so long as you remember the golden rule of ironing: switch off or unplug any phones before you start.

It's a lifetime journey and besides those dark arts make less demands on your liver as the typical kendo club scene.

In my case, the mountainside usually is my laundry.
