If you read my post above you will have read "EXACTLY" what will take place when you go through immigration and customs at any Japanese airport (for Canadian PP holder).

THERE ARE NO BLOOD SAMPLES BEING TAKEN AT JAPANESE AIRPORTS DURING IMMIGRATION/CUSTOMS!

This is true. They can now gather all the DNA they need with the bone marrow sample that they're collecting. Just one procedure. It's a great improvement.
