Take the Narita Express to Shinjuku station. When you get off the train, take the elevator or escalator leading to the SOUTH exit (not the NEW SOUTH exit). Do not exit the station, instead go to the tracks of the Chuo line (bright orange) where you will see an escalator going down to the tracks. Go down this escalator and then walk straight ahead until you see a second down escalator or stairs to the WEST exit (not the CENTRAL WEST exit). At the bottom of this, turn left and exit the turnstiles to the WEST exit where you can follow the map the above poster linked to.
Or you could just exit at the south exit, turn left twice, and take a taxi to your hotel for Y660! That's probably what I'd do. Bring the map to show the driver, he may not know how to find this hotel.
Many people find Shinjuku station difficult so I thought a little further guidance might be of assistance.
