Visit Japan Web

In March we will do another Japan trip and I already have my VJW QR codes.
After receiving the QR codes I cancelled my hotel and booked another one.
In all our trips to Japan I was never asked to show proof of a hotel booking, so I wonder if I have to apply for a new QR code or leave it as it is.
Advice is appreciated.

Thank you. I did, but wonder if the QR code remains the same.
Edit:
It seems they changed so I printed them to be sure.

No, the QR code actually contains the information, so it will change.
It is not a link/URL, like many other QR codes, but a digital representation of what used to be on that paper form.
So if you took any screenshots of the old QR code, they are not usable anymore.

Thank you, I did print the new QR codes.
