Strong Zero Case
What stores sell cases of Strong Zero? I noticed online that there are cases of 24x 350ml or 500ml cans.

You want to buy from a physical shop? A discounter like Kakuyasu might be your best bet. They also deliver, which might come in handy unless you're planning to chug the whole case right there in front of the store:

FWIW, I saw it at Costco in Japan while on a trip in Sept 2019. Price for 24x 350ml was 2,323. I took a pic because I wondered who would buy a case of Strong Zero.

Come to think of it, does anyone "buy" a case of Strong Zero? The proper term might be to "come down with" a case of Strong Zero.
