NRT International Connection Covid Restrictions?

If I fly from PDX-NRT-DEL what would the Covid restrictions be if I flew with Japan Airlines? To me the information on their site is a bit confusing and I couldn't find the answer here in the forums.

Thanks!

Pretty much none when I connected via ANA a few weeks ago. Staff wore mask but not required for passengers.

From what I saw on NRT's website, it looks like vaccine papers/clean test proof are required, even when directly switching to another international flight?

When I checked in with ANA in Saigon, I don't recall being asked about vaccination status. Certainly I had no COVID test.

Flew SEA-NRT-CGK recently and definitely only final destination country requirements were checked.

Definitely not required. All the way through the pandemic it has been condition free to transit in Japan. Just the requirements of your destination country throughout.
