Out of curiosity — do you think yakiniku is the best way to get a sense for what makes wagyu special, or is something else (e.g., teppan) a better way to experience it? I'd kind of like to experience good beef from one of the famous regions on our next trip but have had a bit of indecision fatigue on the best format — and Tabelog won't help much with picking a category! |
