Transfer to Tokyo Disney area in evening?

Hello all! Have been told so much about the wonderful "limousine buses" that transport from NRT to the Disney resort area. Unfortunately just found out that they stop running around 6pm, the exact time we are scheduled to arrive. Are there any "limo buses" that would get us close to the area and we might be able to cab it from there? (We are a family of four and will each have a carry on suitcase & backpack - would we even fit in one cab?) Train is not an option as traveling with kids & luggage. Or are there larger taxis and/or uber that might be able to accommodate from NRT? Any ideas on pricing? All help appreciated!

According to
Tokyo Disneyland?Routes,Timetables,Fares?Airport Limousine Bus
as of May 1, 2018, in addition to the 18:10 departure, buses also now depart NRT T1 at 18:40 and 20:40. Prior to May 1, 2018, the last bus was indeed at 18:10, but now there are two more buses each day.

Thank you so much!! Hopefully we'll be able to make the last bus if flight lands on time & customs line move, but will still be cutting it close. If not, are there any other alternatives?

Sorry, as a mother who has travelled from Narita into central Tokyo alone with a child and our luggage several times, I don't see why two adults with two kids and bags using trains is out of the question.
If luggage is the main concern, you can drop off the more problematic cases at a Takkyubin service counter at the airport and have them sent directly to your hotel. The luggage will arrive the next day.
From Narita Airport, get the Keisei line to Higashi Matsudo and from there a JR train to Maihama.

Limousine Bus is more convenient, but the train should still be an option if you are too late for the Bus service.

Your dietary requirements are going to be MUCH more difficult to resolve.

One way car rental is also an option, but I don't recommend it if you're intimidated by the prospect of emerging from a trans-pac flight and driving in unfamiliar territory.

If you are staying at a property near Tokyo Disney, you should ask if they provide shuttle bus service for free.

We stayed at La'gent Tokyo Disney hotel and they have 3 shuttle buses running early morning till 10pm daily.

When we arrived at Urayasu via JR rail, we took the hotel shuttle from the train station (Maihama) to the hotel.
Then we used the shuttle the next day to visit Tokyo Disney.

The train system is so quick, efficient and on-time that we did not have issues with lots of luggage - just avoid the rush hour times....

If you're landing at 6:00PM, and your flight is on time, catching an 8:40PM shuttle bus should be no problem at all--unless the wait at Immigration and Customs is unusually long, as some have posted. If the lines are like the ones I have experienced on most trips, you may even have time for a cup of coffee before you leave. Tokyo Disneyland is right off the freeway from Narita to central Tokyo, so it's a shorter bus trip than going all the way into the city.

Otherwise, the trains in Japan are amazing. Outside of rush hour, they're no problem, and even during rush hour, passengers going from NRT to Tokyo are traveling in the opposite direction from most of the rush hour crowd.

Takkyuubin is amazing, too. Have your bags shipped at the rate of about ¥2000 each and just take a carry-on on the train. Everything else will show up the next day.

By the way, Lap Lap's instructions are fine, but you have to be sure to take the Keisei local train or Access Express in order to transfer at Higashi Matsudo, not the Skyliner, which will whisk you to Tokyo-Ueno in some 40 minutes. Now if you were going to stay in the northern part of central Tokyo, that would be a good thing, but it would add unnecessary complications to a trip to Disneyland. The line you need to transfer to is the Musashino Line for Nishi-Funabashi, which turns into the Keiyo Line for Maihama, i.e. the station closest to Disneyland. It's less complicated than it sounds.
