A friend took me to this place on my last visit to Tokyo. If I had to guess, I'd say it is in Shinjuku 3-chome but I cannot imagine I'd ever find it on my own except by accident.
It's in B1 of some random building. We went downstairs and there was a room with a complete MMA (mixed martial arts) ring in the middle of the room. The host/bartender was wearing a referee's outfit and a projector was showing MMA fights on one wall.
About ten minutes after we arrived, a woman named Erica showed up and it turned out she was an instructor. My friend took some globes from a rack near the wall and Erica picked up some pads. They went into the ring and Erica gave my friend hitting lessons while I sat there enjoying my beer.
There is some unknown amount that is charged for doing this, but it wasn't outrageous.

I have to say that it was good clean fun!
Google doesn't help find this place in English. It is probably locatable in Japanese.
