Makes sense, looked very familiar.

Does it give you a new perspective on the Tokyo skyline?

All Tokyo skylines look the same. Haze obscures anything but a surrounding two-block area.

True. It was ridiculous this summer. I thought I was going to pass out from how humid it was.

Thanks for the report NickW. I was always curious on the specifics of this service. Would love to give it a try in the future.

I forgot all about this service. Flying NH in F but on award. Put this service on the list since I deserve a treat also. Thank you. Life just got a bit more fun.

Sorry. No they do not. I just deserve it so will pay for the service. Not available for award. But maybe worth calling about just in case. Thanks.

Update: I happened to be munging about random websites and it looks like the scheduled service is no longer, all you can do is charter the entire helicopter, one way to or from the airport is Y280,000.

I noticed this as well. The helicopter service would be much more useful if it landed airside at NRT, and passengers could clear security at the Heliport in Akasaka.

At that price I will be sticking to N'EX and Friendly Limousine Bus!

It's a shame that they built a very nice helicopter terminal on the top of the Peninsula hotel that never gets used...
