immigration clearance

I will be flying to Sapporo Chitose airport via Tokyo Narita on SIA from Adelaide.
I then transfer to ANA domestic flight from Tokyo Narita to Sapporo Chitose Airport.
Do I clear through immigration at Tokyo Narita Ariport before checking in for my domestic flight on ANA to Sapporo?

Also, my return flight from Sapporo departs at 0750 hrs arriving at Tokyo Narita at 0925 hrs to connect with the SIA flight departing at 1130 hrs. do I have enough time to connect with the SIA fllight or should I spend a night at Tokyo Narita?

Appreciate some advise on this issue.

Thanks & Regards

Peter

If your flight from CTS is with ANA, then you will arrive at Terminal 1 (domestic) and your flight with SIA will depart from Terminal 1 (international).
There is a fast track route from Terminal 1 (domestic) to Terminal 1 (international). It's quick. I think the "legal" connection time is 30 minutes or so and in reality you can do it in less than that. Works nicely for star alliance.
