Yes, I normally take ANA or UA. After landing on Runway B, usually would taxi by that house on the way to Terminal 1.

Not a non-stop, the Keikyu line is a direct from the Shinagawa Shinkansen Stn and takes between 20 to 35 minutes to HND.

There has been talk of building a spur from the Asakusa Line to Tokyo Station, which would make it possible to get from there to Haneda on one train, possibly even nonstop.
