Buying exit row seat from award ticket

Buying exit row seat from award ticket
Just booked 2 award ticket in econ for last minutes travel. I am thinking buying exit row seats to make a little bit bearable. But, I don't see the option on their web site. Is it allowed? If yes, on web or call in?

Is this a JMB award issued under 131 stock?

Not sure what is 131 stock. I booked ticket using Asia mile.

Then no, only JL issued tickets can purchase exit rows in advance
