ExpertFlyer seatmap not matching JAL seatmap

ExpertFlyer seatmap not matching JAL seatmap
Looking at the seatmaps for an upcoming JAL002 (HND-SFO) flight, I see 2 seats together in J, row 1, available on EF, but the JAL website only shows one of the pair open. Is there a lag time for the JAL site to update, or is EF sometimes not accurate?

I am on an AA award, so booking class U. I have OW Ruby status (probably means nothing, however). It is letting me book 1H (aisle) but not 1K (window); EF shows both open. Seems odd JAL would block 1K but not 1H.

They do that all the time, e.g. blocking 5C but not 5A in W82 config.

OK, thanks JALPak! At least my wife and I have a window/aisle pair now. From what I can tell, row 1 can't be that much better, plus it also has the smaller IFE screen.
