29May FRA-LAX LH450 F (likely to be arriving in FCT as early as humanly possible)
Overnight LAX at airport *Wood (4Pts)
30May LAX-SYD UA839 F (upgrade duly scored) IFL Arrival est 18:00 ish
01Jun SYD-AKL NZ102 C
3 nights in AKL, Hotel Mercure AKL
04Jun AKL-SYD NZ105 C
Overnight Sydney - currently 4Pts, may switch to Sheraton on the Park
05Jun SYD-LAX UA840 C

This is a trip I've already completed. It wore me out! But it was the best mileage run ever!!!
USAirways Express 2710 YYC PHX
USAirways 414 PHX LAS (stoodby on earlier flight, but ended up confirmed on F, and got the miles for MP too!)
USAirways 888 LAS FLL (the worst leg ever! so cramped on the 757 on the late night flight). I got this one way for $87 plus tax ($156 all-in)
Continental 484 (EUA) - Upgraded on this portion from FLL CLE
Continental Express - CLE YYZ
So Calgary to Toronto took me about 32 hours including connections, but it was one heck of a great MR as mentioned, and cheap too!.
FLL to YYZ one way was $160 all in.
