PSA->FLR Train or bus?

I'm dropping off a friend at PSA and leaving a rental car there as well. I leave from FLR two days later. Is there a bus or train from the airport in PSA to downtown Florence?

Any preference on which to take? I'd like to minimize hassle if the costs are more or less the same.

There is a train, and I would take that over a bus. Very cheap and easy.

Also, in case the train schedule from the airport is not convenient for you, remember that there is a bus from the airport to Pisa Central Station every 10 minutes. Then you can catch any of the frequent trains to Florence.
