Is this on one ticket or two? If it is on two, MCT is irrelevant and you risk losing all value of the second ticket if you do not show up for this flight (for example if your inbound flight is cancelled).

On short time transfers every little thing can make a difference.
Checked baggage?
Passport?
Class of travel? (Business class disembark quicker)

Welcome to FlyerTalk and we do hope to see you here contributing on a regular basis from now on. That said, as this is not a query related to Alitalia as such, I have asked a moderator to move your thread to the Italy forum within Destinations.

Similar question here:
Arriving MXP from HKG via CX First with checked in luggage at 750 am. Planning to fly to Rome via Alitalia Coach 1115 am flight- is this enough time assuming i have to clear passport control , collect luggage, customs and check my luggage in again?

You might get a better response if you provide the scheduled arrival time of the CX flight.

No apologies necessary - just hard to answer the question lacking accurate info (one could guess that it's the same as the earlier post but assumptions are often the basis of mistakes).
If everything is on time, you're fine. You'll be through customs with bags by 9AM or so. But, as noted above, you are probably not covered on the connection if there is a problem

Whats the minimum for a T1 to T2 transfer?
Arriving from DOH at 2045 on QR in J and hoping to make the 2200 to LGW with Easy jet?
Will be HBO. Happy with risk but realise missing it will mean a new ticket and a night in Millan

Unless you are early I doubt it. You won't be off until 2100 earliest, and you'll have a hustle ahead of you. I'd cool my heels and enjoy a nice meal in town.
