Hotel recommendations for Rome?

I do know there's a difference in how the floors are numbered. That in Rome the groundfloor is just that (labeled '0' in elevators), then the first floor is above that (what Americans would call the second floor), and the second floor is what Americans would call the third floor...
But just so I'm clear, when looking again at this streetview, the windows seen directly above the doors that have a crisscross white lattice over them - that's the B&B? (All this while I had thought the B&B's windows were the ones ABOVE the windows with the white lattice).
And you're welcome for the recommendation! (I'm actually just relieved it turned out well enough - I only knew about it from what I read online).

Yup, also the on on the side of the Via Urbana though (our room faced the Via Urbana for instance) and the windows were marked Nerva accomodation if I recall correctly.
