Purchasing opera ticket for Parma Opera House

Purchasing opera ticket for Parma Opera House
Hello,
Does any know how I can purchase a ticket for an opera in October at Teatro Regio Di Parma? I don't see an online ticket purchase. The box office is closed until Aug 27 so I can't call them (and i don't speak italian). There are links for Vivaticket and a few other referral sites to purchase tickets but none of them list the opera that I want.

Assuming this is for the Verdi festival, the site says the following:

2011 subscribers have the right to buy subscriptions from September 3 to 13; new subscriptions may be available from Sept 14 to 15; tickets will be available at the box office from September 17 and online from September 18.
So if you are not in Parma soon, you will have to wait until the 18th to buy online.
