Requesting Missing Miles: (VN/KLM)
I recently status matched to Volare (In April) and flew segments on KLM and Vietnam Airlines in May, however miles did not credit for these flights. When I go online it seems I can only request mileage credit for ITA flights and ticket stock. Does anyone know how to request missing miles for non ITA flights?
Thanks
Thanks

This is reiterated in its "regulations" section; though here it makes reference to "further methods of earning Points communicated from time to time by ITA Airways". Maybe those methods are already in force, but I've received no communication regarding this.

Skyteam lists ITA as a member, though it notes that "Frequent Flyer reciprocity, including earning and redemption of miles, is based on bilateral agreements between ITA Airways and each individual SkyTeam member which are being progressively rolled out over the coming months".

Again, maybe such agreement has been reached, and your request will be successful. It seems KLM is unique among Skyteam members, in routinely giving airport-related benefits to Volarians - at least at AMS. So perhaps the relationship is deeper, and they can credit mile to the Volare programme.
As for how to request a "back credit", the website comes to your rescue:
Within your personal area it is possible to request the crediting of points for missing flights by entering the details of the ticket in the appropriate section. Remember that from the completion of the flight it takes up to 30 days for the points to be automatically credited.
Good luck!
But if you are looking for Skyteam membership and status, I'd suggest joining another programme: one with a future. Delta has a status match/challenge, while Garuda still offers top status for 30,000 miles.

On the website ITA is quite clear that miles are earned by flying ITA services. It lists Avis and easyParking (Rome airport) as points-earning partners, but no airlines.
