Best IC Club lounge in Europe?

I'm planning a weekend getaway in September and will be flying on award miles to some destination in Europe.

As I am a big fan of IC Club lounges, I'm asking you for advice on what IC hotel in Europe we should head for. Simply put; which IC in Europe has the best club?

I was thinking about London or Prague in the first place. Opinions?

Thanks in advance!

IMHO, it's Le Grand in Paris.

Certainly not a bad idea, the hotel itself looks great although I can't find any opinions about the Club lounge through Google.

I guess London Park Lane isn't all that great then?

It's definitely not worth the money they charge for club access.

Paris - especially as you get in free as an RA ....

I read somewhere that London charges for booze except between 6 and 8, despite charging £95 inc VAT for lounge access!

I like it a lot, too. It doesn't have the charm of the Grand Hotel in Paris, though.

The IC London PArk Lane now charges 40 per room per night for club acccess.

Maybe something to do with the fact that is barely half full at peak times!

While the price isn't all that important, I must admit that the friendly prices at the IC Warsaw are interesting when compared with Paris.

Berlin and Madrid are both very well appointed, good to very good re. food and drink, very nice furnishings and atmosphere. Hardly spectacular, but both very very pleasant and to be recommended in my opinion.

Well, there is an oversupply of 5* hotels in Warsaw, and they are all quite affordable.

IC Warsaw, will give you club access when u book the cheapest room (maybe not always!)

IC Madrid had only very small tapas when I was there twice (2007-08).

Hello

Am currently at the IC Malta in one of the terrace panoramic suites on club floor. The club here is very nice indeed. Very nice terrace, good food, spacey, very friendly staff.

Cheers
